#5: There're miraculous food (Hidden Lies)

People are getting worried for they are getting fat faster and faster and they don’t even know why, nevertheless they’re some who know what’s going on in their lives, but they prefer to cover their eyes and keep on with their food. They’re people utterly despair on a diet trying everything around them, testing one and another but they always fail because they end up getting fat again, and sometimes they do that worse. I’ll tell you a secret. For losing weight you don’t need to eat less, you need to eat better. 



I’m telling you the truth that could save your life. Industry companies are getting our lives like toys, they’re using us and killing us but people don’t know and they even don’t want to know. Listen to me closely: There’re not miraculous foods. Have you read it? Nor pills, nor infusion, nor lemons, nor energy bar substitute or whatever, all of this it’s a lie from the companies. How many money did you spend for losing weight so far? It’s a pity that nobody told you this before. For losing weight there’s no shortcut

You should make your best effort to reach your goal instead of jumping on the sofa with a tasty and sugary snack between your hands. Easier? No one could ever say this is easy, we’re living in a terrible and awful obesogenic environment and I’m truly fed up with that. I was like you once and I was and I’m still fighting but every day it’s a little easier for me as I know the truth about those products were doing inside me. No eat products; no eat them because you will get fat faster than you know. You must bet for real food. Eat what surely your grandmother ate. The secret is this, pay attention you would know for losing weight and live a healthy life: Fruit, vegetables, cereals (pasta, rice, oak…), carbs (potatoes, rice, bread without sugar…), legume (beans, chickpea, lentil…), meat (100% meal, read its tag or go to the butcher), fish (bluefish is the best for your brain), nuts (just a few because of the calories) Milk (almond milk or oak milk or whatever milk you prefer like those are not milk. Milk comes from cow or goat)

Fry less and use more the microwaves, grill, oven, steamed food. Be careful with the salt and eat sugar from the natural food like fruit. I’ll tell you again, it’s not easier. There’re not shortcuts. Exercise and healthy food will save you from the hospital. Actually, I'm not telling you anything that you don't know already, right?

Search for more information on Google, you will see how bad is what you’re eating currently. Learn from reading the tags of your products and search them on Google later. You will never want to eat them again. Nor once a week, nor for special days because you wouldn’t eat venom once a week, would you? 



Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? 20 For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s.

  1. Great article, Miss Josephine. Indeed, the companies are trying to deceive us. Every day you can see "magic" products which help you to get thinner or take care of your health. As you said, everything is a lie. The food industries know about people who want to take care of themselves and they are creating products with false properties. You don't need buy anything but the "normal" and natural food to be healthy and thin.

    But that's the problem, the shortcuts you mentioned before. People want to believe that that miraculous food exists and that it can helps us. And we want to believe that because it's easier for us to put the blame and the solutions in other things that are not us. The sad truth is that we have to take the control and be aware of the dangers of the unhealthy products we are eating.
