The secret of Pembrooke Park [Julie Klassen]

After reading about other big houses like Pemberley, Edenbrooke, Mansfield Park or Pemberton Hurst, I thought that Pembrooke Park could grow on me, as well.

It’s the second Christian romance book I’ve read and I wasn’t so sure if it would like me because of the first one. I don’t like it that much and it wasn’t what I was expecting.

After watching some reviews without any spoiler, I encourage myself taking the risk and I decided to start this one. Wow… I wish I started with this one the first time because I couldn’t put it down. I got hooked on this book since the first page and I finally finished so sadly for I didn’t find more pages to read. I wanted more…

You Gain when you Lose

You've told too many times that, in this life, you have to gain or you will become a loser. People pressure you since your childhood. You must pass all your exams, go to high school, then university and get a very good job. People don't let you in peace and they carry on with their charms on you. You have to fall in love soon, have babies, have grandsons.... Their pieces of advice to you are some kind of lines memorized since ever like 'You will be whatever your number on your account is. The more money you have, the better. If you can get some illegal extra money, don't worry, everyone is doing the same. Don't let me down, boy.  You will be nothing if you don't have this or that.'

Evil under de sun {Book}

As I’ve told too many times, Agatha Christie is much more than “Murder on the Orient Express” and “And then there were none”. Yeap, much more. I feel very sorry for those people who say that they know Agatha Christie just because they’ve read these two or three books which are utmost recommended in every list on the internet but they, actually, didn’t read any more of Agatha’s books.

So, that’s why today I’m going to try you. I’m here presenting this another and unadmired book by this fantastic author of which I never get tired. Evil under the sun is another book to consider.
